Good to know
- What counts as an event?
- Every event your site sends us: page views, add-to-carts, checkouts, purchases, custom events. One visitor browsing five pages and buying is six events. You can see your running total any time under Usage in the dashboard.
- What happens if I go over?
- We tell you before it becomes a problem, and you move up a plan when it makes sense. We do not silently bill overages, and we do not cut your tracking off mid-month without warning.
- Are features gated by plan?
- No. Profiles, segments, audience activation, attribution and ROAS reports are on every plan, free included. Warehouse export starts at Growth because of what it costs us to run. Everything else scales with volume, not with a feature checklist.
- What does the beta cost?
- Nothing. Beta users are on the Starter plan for free, with no card on file. When billing opens you decide whether to continue, and we will tell you well in advance.
