About

Customer data should not live in pieces.

Every tool holds a fragment of the same person. SetRoasFlow is being built as the layer that puts the fragments back together, and then makes them useful.

A store knows its orders. An ad platform knows the clicks it can still see. Analytics knows sessions. The email tool knows a list. Four systems, four partial pictures, and not one of them can tell you that the person who bought yesterday is the same person who has spent four figures with you over two years.

That gap used to be an annoyance. Then browsers started expiring cookies, iOS started asking permission, and the platforms began optimizing on samples instead of on what actually happened. The gap became expensive.

The usual answer is a customer data platform: powerful, priced for enterprises, and scoped as a six-month project with a data team attached. That answer is out of reach for the businesses that feel the problem most sharply.

SetRoasFlow is the same idea without the project. Add one script, or install the app on your store, and events start collecting on your own domain, at the edge. They become one profile per customer, and that profile goes back out to advertising, CRM, analytics and your own warehouse.

Server-side tracking is where it starts, not where it stops. The interesting part is what a complete, first-party profile makes possible once it exists in one place, and the honest answer is that some of it is still being built. Anything not yet validated on a real account is labelled Beta on this site, on purpose.

Who is behind it

SetRoasFlow is built and operated by Matteo De Giuseppe, an individual established in Italy. It is a one-person project in open beta, free of charge, and paid plans open only after the move to a proper company structure. That is stated the same way in the Privacy Policy and the Terms, because you should not have to read the fine print to learn who you are dealing with.

Questions, or something that does not add up: [email protected].

First-party by default

Collected on your domain, stored under your account, exportable whenever you want.

Consent before dispatch

Consent is checked at the edge and decides whether an event leaves at all.

Labelled, not oversold

Live means validated on real accounts. Beta means built but not yet proven. We say which.
